摘  要:本文使用1.8T汽油发动机进行台架试验,针对两种不同润滑油对发动机性能进行对比实验,1.天然气全合成工艺加工润滑油,2.传统工艺加工润滑油。分析两种润滑油对发动机的影响,以及发动机磨损等问题展开分析,通过实验数据分析不难发现,传统工艺润滑油,发动机启动时间相对较长,且润滑油建立机油压力时间比较缓慢,而天然气全合成工艺润滑油,发动机启动时间相对较短,能在最短的时间内建立机油压力,从而得到更加充分的润滑,并且在低温下流动性更好、极耐磨损、抗泡性、清洁性等多项优势。This paper uses 1.8T gasoline engine for bench test,for two diff erent lubricating oils on engine performance comparison experiment:1.natural gas fully synthetic process processing lubricating oil;2.traditional process processing lubricating oil.The article analyzes the infl uence of two lubricating oils on the engine,and engine wear and other problems.Through experimental data analysis,it is not diffi cult to fi nd that while using traditional process lubricating oil,engine starting time is relatively long,and lubricating oil establishment oil pressure time is relatively slow.While using natural gas fully synthetic process lubricating oil,engine starting time is relatively short,which can establish oil pressure in the shortest time,so as to get more adequate lubrication,and at low temperatures,can get better fl uidity,extreme wear resistance,foam resistance,cleanability and many other advantages.
