摘　　要：本文紧贴我国汽车产业新能源化、智能网联化、共享化发展趋势,从汽车产业变化和国家政策调整两个角度对汽车技术服务与营销专业动态机制建设的必要性做了分析,并尝试对动态专业调研制度、动态师资团队培养制度、动态专业人才培养方案制定制度,动态实训建设制度提出建设意见。Closely following the development trend of new energy,intelligent networking and sharing in China's automobile industry,this paper analyzes the necessity of dynamic mechanism construction of automobile technical service and marketing specialty from two angles,the changes in automobile industry and adjustments to relative national policies.And constructive advice on dynamic professional investigation system,dynamic faculty training system,dynamic professional personnel training system,dynamic training construction system,are suggested in the paper.
