摘　　要：通过研究驱动系统试制样机在试制过程中的业务流程和特点,梳理出驱动系统样机在试制阶段的数字化看板管理系统需求,探索开发了三种试制控制看板,实现了对整个试制进度的实时监控,对试制过程问题无线暗灯控制,对造机状态系统化展示,确保了样机试制的质量和效率;探索出驱动系统开发在试制阶段的看板化管理解决方案,为驱动系统研发试制项目过程看板化管理提供了可借鉴的方向。By studying the business process and characteristics of the pre-production prototype of the propulsion systems,combing out the requirements of the digital Kanban management system of the pre-production prototype for the propulsion systems,exploring and developing three kinds of trial production control Kanban,so as to realize the real-time monitoring of the whole building progress,Wireless Andon control for the problems in building process and systematic display of the manufacturing state ensure the quality and effi ciency of the prototype;The Kanban management solution of propulsion systems in the pre-production stage is explored,which provides a reference direction for Kanban management in the process of propulsion systems R&D and preproduction project.
