摘  要:汽车电子的网络化模块化,代表已进入软件定义汽车时代。而软件的彻底成熟需要一个漫长的验证周期。软件定义汽车的时代,电子模块导致车辆静态电流超标的事件会越来越多。文章阐述在售后市场通过车载智能网联系统及总线监控设备,通过总线数据通信监控及数据的处理分析,准确地定位到问题所在,解决车辆因CAN网络间歇性不休眠,导致整车静态电流异常而造成蓄电池亏电,无法启动的案例。The networked modularity of automotive electronics represents the entry into the era of software-defi ned vehicles.The complete maturity of software requires a long verifi cation cycle.In the era of software-defi ned vehicles,there are more and more events in which the quiescent current of the vehicle is exceeded by electronic modules.This paper explains that the aftermarket,through the on-board intelligent network system and bus monitoring equipment,through bus data communication monitoring and data processing and analysis,accurately locates the problem,and solves the case of the vehicle due to intermittent non-sleep of CAN network,resulting in abnormal quiescent current of the whole vehicle and causing Low Battery and inability to start.
