摘　　要：基础设施的高质量发展是国家现代化的内在要求,社区足球场作为基础设施的一部分,其空间布局规划是影响高质量发展的关键因素。本文面向高质量基础设施建设提出了社区足球场发展的研究框架,以武汉社区足球场为例,探讨了武汉城市社区足球场地设施试点方案前、后足球场的空间格局和空间可达性,并提出了经过总体规划的社区足球场建设方法。结果表明:①在社区足球场数量及分布方面,中心城区和远郊区呈现明显的空间差异,核密度值由中心城区向外辐射递减;社区足球场在规划试点后,数量增加,平均最近邻指数小于试点前的,集聚程度提升;与试点前相比,空间分布重心向东北方向移动,标准差椭圆面积变大,表明社区足球场呈现出空间扩张的态势。②规划试点前社区足球场可达性呈不规则点状分布格局;规划试点后社区足球场可达性形成“一轴一带、多中心”的空间结构,高可达性足球场主要沿长江沿线密集分布。③从场地布局模式、组织管理、资金投入及政策法规四方面分析了社区足球场地建设的新模式。The high-quality development of infrastructure is an inherent requirement for national modernization.As a part of infrastructure,the spatial layout planning of community football fields is a key factor affecting high-quality development.This paper proposes a research framework for the development of community football fields for high-quality infrastructure construction,and takes the community football fields in Wuhan as an example to explore the spatial pattern and accessibility of community football fields before and after the pilot scheme for football facilities in urban communities,and puts forward a master planned community football field.The results show that:①In terms of the number and distribution of community football fields,there are obvious spatial differences between the central city and the outer suburbs in Wuhan,and the kernel density gradually decreases from the central city to the outside.After the pilot scheme,the number of community football fields increased,and the average nearest neighbor index was smaller than before,indicating an increase in aggregation degree.Compared with before the pilot,the spatial distribution center moved to the northeast,and the area of the standard deviation ellipse increased,indicating that the community football fields showed a trend of spatial expansion.②Before the pilot program,the accessibility of the community football fields showed an irregular point distribution pattern.After the pilot program,the accessibility of the community football fields formed a“one axis,one belt,and multi-center”spatial structure,and high accessibility football fields were mainly densely distributed along the Yangtze River.③This paper analyzes the new mode of community football field construction from four aspects:field layout mode,organization and management,funding investment,and policy and regulation.
