摘 要:在不同还原工艺下双向进氢回转炉制备超细钨粉并以此原料生产出超细碳化钨,采用氮吸附、扫描电镜、X衍射仪和激光粒度分布仪对各样品的粉末性能进行测试,探讨双向通氢还原对超细钨粉和碳化钨质量的影响。试验结果表明:双向进氢回转炉可生产比表面高、分散性较好、粒度均匀的纳米级别的超细钨粉;该钨粉经过碳化能够制备出高度分散、均匀的碳化钨,粉末粒径为100nm~150nm;以此原料制备的合金粗晶数量少,晶粒均匀。Ultrafine tungsten powder was prepared by bidirectional hydrogen converter under different reduction processes,and ultrafine tungsten carbide was produced from this raw material.Nitrogen adsorption,scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction and laser particle size distribution instrument were used to test the powder properties of each sample,and to explore the effect of bidirectional hydrogen reduction on the quality of ultrafine tungsten powder and tungsten carbide.The experimental results show that the ultrafine tungsten powder with high specific surface,good dispersion and uniform particle size can be produced by the bidirectional hydrogen converter.After carbonization,the tungsten powder can be prepared with highly dispersed and uniform tungsten carbide.The particle size of the powder is in the range of 100nm~150nm.The alloy prepared from this raw material has fewer coarse grains and uniformgrains.
