摘　　要：过去三年,全球新冠疫情持续蔓延,局部地缘冲突热点问题加剧,我国面临更加严峻复杂的传统安全和非传统安全挑战。国门生物安全是国家生物安全的第一道防线,也是国家安全的重要组成部分。本文结合总体国家安全观、国门生物安全、《生物安全法》对海关生物安全体系建设、口岸疫情防控作出初步探索分析,提出思考建议。During the past three years,China has faced more severely and complex traditional and non-traditional security challenges,as the global COVID-19 epidemic was spreading and regional conflicts were intensifying.The biosafety defense at frontier ports is the first defensive line of national biosafety and play an important role in the national security field.Based on the overall national security concept,the biosafety defense at frontier ports and the Biosafety Law,this article gives the preliminary exploration and analysis of the construction of biosafety system of customs,epidemic prevention and control at ports,and then puts forward suggestions.
