摘　　要：目的了解荣成口岸出入境船员对疟疾防治的认识水平及需求,为更加有效地进行口岸抗疟宣传提供参考和指导依据。方法将2020—2022年来荣成国际旅行卫生保健中心进行体检的船员595人,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组无干扰开展问卷调查,观察组进行疟疾相关知识宣传后开展疟疾防治知识及需求问卷调查,对两组调查结果进行比对分析。结果观察组对疟疾防治知识的认知高于对照组,宣教前后数据相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强船员疟疾防治知识的宣教具有必要性和紧迫性,采用宣教方式对船员进行干预是有效的,可以显著提高对疟疾防治知识的知晓率,值得推广。Objective To understand the awareness level and needs of entry-exit seafarers on malaria prevention and control at Rongcheng Port,and to provide reference and guidance for more effective anti-malaria publicity at ports.Methods A total of 595 seafarers who underwent physical examination in Rongcheng International Travel Health Care Center from 2020 to 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Questionnaire survey was conducted without interference in the control group,while questionnaire survey was conducted in the observation group after malaria-related knowledge publicity.The two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The cognitive level of malaria prevention knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the data before and after education was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is necessary and urgent to strengthen the propaganda and education of the knowledge of malaria prevention and control on the seafarers.The intervention of the propaganda and education method on the seafarers is effective and can significantly improve the awareness rate of malaria prevention and control,and it is worth promoting.
