摘　　要：目的分析1例出境人员HIV抗体蛋白印迹试验(WB)不确定结果,提出艾滋病相关口岸防控思考。方法按照《全国艾滋病检测技术规范》检测要求,回顾性分析1例HIV抗体WB不确定样本检测流程。结果筛查试验:第一次和第二次体检初筛结果均为有反应,第一次和第二次体检两种抗体试剂复检结果均为有反应,第一次体检随访筛查两种抗体试剂检测结果为一有一无反应;确证试验:第一次体检、第一次随访及第二次体检WB检测条带分别为p24和gp160、gp160、gp160,结果均为HIV-1不确定;核酸检测:第一次随访及第二次体检病毒核酸载量检测结果均为“未检出”。结论针对HIV抗体不确定现状,建议尽快将HIV抗体确证试验和核酸检测作为补充实验在实际工作中联合使用。就此提出口岸艾滋病防控的思考:织牢疫情监测预警网络;完善国际旅行健康服务体系;强化实验室建设;建立联防联控体系,统筹协调口岸新冠疫情与艾滋病防控,做好“多病共防”。Objective To analyze the results of indeterminate HIV-1 antibody from WB in an exit person,and reflections on prevention and control of AIDS at ports were put forward.Methods According to the inspection requirements of National Guideline for Detection of HIV/AIDS,detection process of indeterminate HIV-1 antibody from WB was retrospectively analyzed.Results Screening tests:At the first and second physical examination,the results of primary screen are both positive.At the first and second physical examination,the retest results of two antibody reagents are all positive.During the follow-up,screening tests of two antibody reagents are different,one is positive and the other is negative;Confirmatory tests:WB bands of the first physical examination,the first follow-up and the second physical examination were p24 and gp160,gp160 and gp160,and the results were HIV-1 indeterminate;Nucleic acid tests:The Viral load results of the first follow-up and the second physical examination were“not detected”.Conclusion In view of the indeterminate HIV-1 antibody results in confirmation test,it is suggested that confirmation test and nucleic acid test should be used together in practical work as soon as possible.Reflections on prevention and control of AIDS at ports:Strengthening the surveillance and forecast system;Improving the international travel health service system;Establishing the joint prevention and control mechanism by which COVID-19,AIDS and other infectious diseases are coordinated at ports.
