摘 要:为了研究超临界气体CO_(2)微孔发泡方法对聚醚嵌段酰胺(PEBA)泡沫尺寸稳定性和压缩性能的影响,分别利用一步法(高温高压饱和后快速泄压)与两步法(室温饱和泄压后快速升温)制备了具有可调结构的低密度微孔PEBA泡沫。首先测量了气体溶解度,观察了泡孔的微观结构,研究并获得了不同发泡方法、不同发泡温度和压力对泡沫的发泡倍率、泡孔尺寸和泡孔密度的影响。同时对比了两种发泡方法制备泡沫的尺寸稳定性,并获得了发泡倍率和泡孔尺寸对泡沫塑料压缩性能的影响规律。结果表明,相对于发泡温度,在一定温度范围内发泡压力对发泡倍率、泡孔尺寸和泡孔密度影响较大;一步法制备的PEBA泡沫具有更大的发泡倍率(最高7.61),而两步法制备的PEBA泡沫具有更小的泡孔尺寸(最小2μm);PEBA泡沫的尺寸稳定性与发泡倍率有直接关系,两步法制备的泡沫尺寸稳定性更好;一步法制备的PEBA泡沫显示出更加优越的回弹性;大孔泡沫比小孔泡沫表现出更好的压缩性能,更大发泡倍率的泡沫具有更高的压缩强度。To investigate the effect of supercritical gas CO2 microcellular foaming method on the dimensional stability and compression performance of poly(ether-block-amide)(PEBA)foam,low density microcellular PEBA foam with adjustable structure was prepared by one-step method(rapid pressure relief after saturation in high temperature and pressure)and two-step method(rapid temperature rise after saturation in room temperature and pressure relief),respectively.Gas solubility was measured and the microstructure of the cells was observed.Also the effects of different foaming methods,foaming temperature and pressure on the foaming expansion ratio,cell size and cell density were studied and obtained.The dimensional stability of the foams prepared by the two foaming methods was compared,and the effects of foaming expansion ratio and cell size on the compressive properties of the foams were also obtained.The results show that,in contrast to the foaming temperature,the foaming pressure has a greater influence on the foaming expansion ratio,cell size and cell density within a certain temperature range.The PEBA foam prepared by one-step method has a larger expansion ratio(maximum 7.61),while the PEBA foam prepared by two-step method has a smaller cell size(minimum 2μm).The dimensional stability of PEBA foam is directly related to the foaming expansion ratio,the PEBA foam prepared by twostep method has better dimensional stability.The PEBA foam prepared by one-step method shows a more superior resilience.The foam with larger cells shows better compressive properties than the foam with smaller cells,and the foam with larger foaming expansion ratio exhibits higher compression strength.
