摘 要:为了在织物表面打印出具有三维装饰效果的立体印花模型,让服装更显个性、有趣和创新,首先对3D打印丝与织物界面的黏合过程、机理和条件进行分析。然后选用热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)为3D打印丝材、涤纶[聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)]为织物基材,制备B型剥离试样,通过万能力学试验机进行T型剥离试验,探究成型参数对TPU-PET织物界面黏合性能的影响。最后设计立体印花三维模型,结合剥离试验得到的优选成型参数,使用熔融沉积成型工艺完成了立体印花的3D打印制作实践。结果表明,0.05~0.15 mm范围内,初始高度越小,TPU-PET织物界面的平均剥离强度越大;10~50 mm/s范围内,打印速度越小,TPU-PET织物界面的平均剥离强度越大;195~235℃范围内,挤出温度越大,TPU-PET织物界面的平均剥离强度越大;优选成型参数为初始高度0.05 mm、打印速度10 mm/s、首层挤出温度235℃、其余层挤出温度215℃;应用SolidWorks软件设计“鱼鳞印花”三维模型,其使用优选成型参数打印制作,此3D打印“鱼鳞印花”与织物表面黏合性能好、尺寸精度高、三维装饰效果好,为服装印花的多元化发展提供了参考。In order to print a stereoscopic stamp with a three-dimensional decorative effect on the surface of the fabric for making the clothing more personalized,interesting and innovative,firstly,the bonding process,mechanism,and conditions between 3D printed silk and fabric interface were analyzed.Then,selecting thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU)as the 3D printing silk material and polyester(PET)as the fabric substrate,and B-type peel specimens was made.A T-shaped peel test using a universal mechanical testing machine was conducted to investigate the influence of molding parameters on the interfacial adhesion performance of TPUPET fabric.Finally,the 3D model design of stereoscopic stamp was carried out,combined with the optimal forming parameters obtained from peeling experiments,and the 3D printing production practice of stereoscopic stamp was completed using fused deposition modeling(FDM)technology.The results show that within the range of 0.05-0.15 mm,the smaller the initial height is,the greater the average peel strength of the TPU-PET fabric interface is.Within the range of 10-50 mm/s,the smaller the printing speed is,the greater the average peel strength of the TPU-PET fabric interface is.Within the range of 195-235℃,the higher the extrusion temperature is,the greater the average peel strength of the TPU-PET fabric interface is.The optimal molding parameters are that initial height is 0.05 mm,printing speed is 10 mm/s,extrusion temperature of the first layer is 235℃,extrusion temperature of the remaining layers is 215℃.Using SolidWorks software to design a three-dimensional model of"fish scale stamp",and using optimal molding parameters to print the actual stamp,this 3D printing"fish scale stamp"has good adhesion performance with the surface of the fabric,high dimensional accuracy,and good three-dimensional decoration effect,providing reference for the diversified development of clothing stamp.
