摘 要:针对某种塑料按钮开关帽带有环形侧凹且帽体壁厚变化不均匀的结构特点,设计了一套带斜导柱侧抽芯机构的一模两腔模具。为改善塑件质量及解决塑件脱模问题,首先,结合Moldflow软件仿真确定了浇口位置和冷却系统,并对塑件的成型过程进行仿真分析,结果显示,塑料熔体充满型腔的时间短且两型腔的充型一致性好,同时,塑件的体积收缩率小且两型腔内的塑件体积变化均匀,型腔内气体的排出情况较好,气穴少,塑件产生的翘曲变形量在合理变形范围之内。其次,对模具结构进行设计,主要包括分型面、成型零件以及侧抽芯机构。由于塑件带有环形侧凹,型芯设计成组合式结构,并由大型芯、滑块和成型杆成型塑件的帽体部分,采用斜导柱侧抽芯机构实现塑件环形侧凹的成型并脱模。通过Moldflow软件分析和优化模具设计方案,可以加快模具的设计过程,提高塑件的成型质量。In view of the structural characteristics of a plastic button switch cap with an annular side concave and uneven wall thickness change of the cap body,a set of two cavity mould with a angle pin side core pulling mechanism was designed.In order to improve the quality of plastic part and solve the problem of demoulding plastic part,firstly,the gate location and cooling system were determined through simulation using Moldflow software,and the molding process of the plastic part was simulated and analyzed.The results show that the time for the plastic melt to fill the mould cavity is short,and the filling consistency of the two mould cavities is good.At the same time,the volume shrinkage of the plastic part is small,the volume of the plastic part in the two mould cavities changes uniformly,the gas discharge in the mould cavity is good,and there are fewer air cavitations.The amount of warpage deformation of the plastic part is within a reasonable deformation range.Secondly,the mould structure was designed,mainly including parting surface,molding part and side core-pulling mechanism.Due to the annular side concave of the plastic part,the core was designed as a combined structure,and the cap body part of the plastic part was formed by a large core,slider,and molding rod.The angle pin side core pulling mechanism was used to achieve the molding and demoulding of the annular side concave of the plastic part.Through Moldflow software analysis and optimization of mould design schemes,the mould design process can be accelerated and the molding quality of plastic part can be improved.
