摘 要:以聚醚砜(PESU)树脂为基体,天然鳞片石墨(GP)和碳纤维(CF)为混杂填料,采用选择性激光烧结技术制备PESU/CF/GP激光烧结件。为避免PESU基体含量变化对烧结件性能带来的影响,控制混杂填料总质量分数为15%,改变混杂填料中CF/GP配比,结合扫描电子显微镜研究混杂填料的含量和形状差异对PESU/CF/GP激光烧结件的显微组织、力学性能、导电性能、密度以及表面粗糙度的影响。结果表明,具有较大长径比结构的CF对烧结件的力学性能具有较好的保障作用,随着CF含量的提高,烧结件的拉伸强度和弯曲强度逐渐提高。混杂填料中片状结构的GP更容易在基体内构成完整的导电网络,随着GP含量的降低,烧结件电阻率逐渐升高,电导率逐渐降低。不规则片状结构的GP对烧结件的致密程度和表面形貌不利,随着CF含量的提高,GP含量的降低,烧结件的密度升高,表面粗糙度值降低。Taking polyethersulfone(PESU)resin as matrix,natural flake graphite(GP)and carbon fiber(CF)as hybrid fillers,PESU/CF/GP laser sintered parts were prepared by selective laser sintering.In order to avoid the influence of PESU matrix content on the properties of the sintered parts,the total mass fraction of hybrid filler was controlled at 15%,and the ratio of CF/GP in hybrid filler was changed.The effects of the content and shape difference of hybrid filler on the microstructure,mechanical properties,electrical conductivity,density and surface roughness of PESU/CF/GP laser sintered parts were studied combined with scanning electron microscopy.The results show that CF with large aspect ratio structure has a good guarantee effect on the mechanical properties of the sintered parts.With the increase of CF content,the tensile strength and bending strength of the sintered parts gradually increase.The GP with lamellar structure in the hybrid filler is easier to form a complete conductive network in the matrix.With the decrease of GP content,the resistivity of the sintered parts gradually increases and the conductivity gradually decreases.The irregular sheet structure of GP is unfavorable to the density and surface morphology of the sintered parts.With the increase of CF content and the decrease of GP content,the density of the sintered parts increases and the surface roughness decreases.
