摘　　要：公共图书馆建立以理事会为主要形式的法人治理结构,是我国建设现代文化治理体系的重点。基于此,论文分析了目前我国法人治理的特点和困境,结合《公共图书馆法》探讨其对法人治理的影响,试图从法律法规保障、行业规范、多元共治、提高行业效能等方面对现有法人治理结构进行完善。The establishment of a corporate governance structure with the council as the main form in public libraries is the focus of building a modern cultural governance system in China.Based on this,this paper analyzes the characteristics and difficulties of the current corporate governance in China,discusses its impact on corporate governance in combination with the Public Library Law,and attempts to improve the existing corporate governance structure from the aspects of legal and regulatory protection,industry norms,multi-governance,and improving industry efficiency.
