摘　　要：语言与国家安全息息相关。在新时代,国家语言安全事关中国式现代化建设大局,同时也是总体国家安全观视域下亟待深入探究的重要新领域。国家语言安全需要从学术体系、学科体系和话语体系等多方面进行探索,为构建总体国家安全观视域下的国家语言安全治理体系提供理论依据和实践指导。为此,当前国家语言安全研究需要着力研究以下几个问题:①重视国家语言安全理论体系的构建,包括厘定国家语言安全的概念内涵和基本问题;②重视国别和区域语言安全理论与方法的国际比较研究,包括汲取和借鉴不同国家和地区的语言安全学术体系和方法体系,为构建中国语言安全学提供参考;③关注国家语言安全学科体系和话语体系的研究,包括涉及不同领域、地域和空间(网络)的语言资源安全、语言政治安全和语言文化安全等三个层面问题的探究,构成了从语言本体到语言应用,从微观社会语言学到宏观语言社会学的研究图景。为此,我们特别邀请了国内多位学者分享他们的真知灼见,同时也真诚地期待更多学界同仁可以关注并投身到国家语言安全这一研究领域中来。Languages are linked closely to national security,and national language security has assumed a pivotal role in the Chinese Path to Modernization in the current era.Consequently,it has become an important area of research within the broader framework of the holistic view of national security.We argue that a comprehensive exploration of national language security is essential,and encompasses various dimensions such as the academic system,the disciplinary system,and the discourse system.This exploration serves to establish a theoretical foundation and to provide practical guidance for the development of a governance system to address national language security within the context of overall national security.Accordingly,current investigations into national language security should prioritize the construction of a theoretical framework for national language security,which includes defi ning the conceptual scope and fundamental issues pertaining to national language security,and conducting international comparative research on language security theories and methodologies across diverse countries and regions.This approach entails drawing insights from the academic and methodological frameworks of language security worldwide,thereby offering valuable references for the advancement of studies of Chinese language security.Moreover,attention should be paid to the examination of disciplinary systems and discourse systems within the area of national language security.This endeavor involved exploring language and cultural security,the political security of language,and the security of language resources on various levels,encompassing different fields,regions,and spaces(such as the internet).A holistic understanding of language can be attained via this comprehensive investigation,ranging from its fundamental nature to its practical applications,and from micro-level sociolinguistics to macro-level language sociology.Several esteemed domestic scholars have been invited to share their valuable insights to facilitate these endeavor
