摘　　要：介绍了某300 Mvar空冷旋转电机转子绕组直流电阻超标的数据分析和处理过程,将转子旋转不同角度测试绕组直流电阻,并结合设备结构分段测试确定异常部位。对于发生类似情况的设备,可借鉴本文中的检修试验方法、数据分析和处理方法。In this paper,the data analysis and processing process of DC resistance excess regulation of rotor winding of a 300Mvar air-cooled rotating motor were introduced.The DC resistance of winding was tested by rotating rotor at different angles,and the abnormal parts were determined by the equipment structure.For similar equipment,the maintenance test method,data analysis and processing method in this paper can be used for reference.
