摘　　要：在介绍多学科融合培养胸外科人才必要性和可行性的基础上,对该模式进行探索设计,并提出未来的建设策略,以期为满足学科发展和社会需求的复合型胸外科人才培养提供思路。On the basis of introducing the necessity and feasibility of multidisciplinary integration to cultivate thoracic surgery personnels,this paper explores and designs the mode and proposes the future construction strategies in order to provide ideas for the cultivation of inter-disciplinary thoracic surgery personnels to meet the needs of discipline development and society.
