摘　　要：探讨校院合作下巴林特小组培训对高职护生同理心培养的效果。研究显示,校院联合开展巴林特小组培训,有利于加强高职护生同理心的培养,提高护理教学质量。To explore the effect of Balint group training on cultivating empathy in nursing students from higher vocational colleges through the school-hospital cooperation.The research shows that the joint development of Balint group training by schools and hospitals is conducive to strengthening the cultivation of empathy of nursing students from higher vocational colleges and improving the quality of nursing teaching.
