基于CNKI数据库的壮医药线点灸疗法文献计量学分析

摘　　要：对壮医药线点灸疗法的研究和应用现状进行文献计量学分析。通过计算机检索CNKI数据库从建库至2022年6月10日的所有关于壮医药线点灸疗法的文献,按发表年代、文献来源、文献类型、研究疾病、联合治疗等对文献进行筛选和分类,分析壮医药线点灸疗法的研究现状。分析显示,壮医药线点灸疗法的研究在临床应用范围广泛,联合其他治疗方法疗效显著,未来仍需深入进行理论与实验等基础研究,探讨其作用机制,为壮医药线点灸疗法的临床应用提供循证医学证据,并为壮医药线点灸疗法的发展提供思路和方向。The paper is bibliometric analysis of the research and application status of stinging therapy with Zhuang medicated thread.The study used bibliometric analysis to analyze all the literature on Zhuang medicine meridian acupoint therapy in the CNKI database from its establishment to June 10,2022.The literature were screened and classified according to the publication year,literature source,literature type,research disease,combined treatment,etc.,and the research status of Zhuang medicine meridian acupoint therapy was analyzed.The analysis shows that the research of Zhuang medicine meridian acupoint therapy has a wide range of clinical applications,and it is effective in combination with other treatment methods.It is still further necessary to conduct in-depth theoretical and experimental basic research to explore its mechanism of action,provide evidence-based medical evidence for the clinical application of Zhuang medicine meridian acupoint therapy,and provide ideas and directions for the development of it in future.
