多维健康管理模式对高脂血症性急性胰腺炎患者自我管理能力及生活质量的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨多维健康管理模式对高脂血症性急性胰腺炎(hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis,HLAP)患者自我管理能力及生活质量的影响研究。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月间于蚌埠医学院第二附属医院急诊外科诊治的HLAP患者100例作为研究对象。按随机数字表法分为对照组(50)和观察组(50),对照组按照高脂血症性急性胰腺炎护理常规实施护理,观察组在护理常规的基础上用多维健康管理模式实施健康管理,对比两组血脂、血糖、营养状况、炎症水平、自我管理能力和生活质量的改变情况。结果入院后3 d和7 d,观察组TG、FPG、血清CRP和PCT水平明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);BMI较对照组升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院时、出院后1个月观察组自我管理能力和SF-36评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多维健康管理模式可降低HLAP患者的血脂、血糖和炎症水平,改善营养状况,提高患者的自我管理能力和生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of multi-dimensional health management mode on self-management ability and quality of life of patients with hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis.Methods 100 patients with hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis treated in the emergency surgery department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from January to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects.According to random number method,divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50).Control group was given routine nursing,and observation group implemented health management with multi-dimensional health management mode on the basis of routine nursing.Blood lipid,blood glucose,nutritional status,inflammatory level,self-management ability and quality of life were compared between two groups.Results At 3 d and 7 d after admission,the TG,FPG,serum CRP and PCT were lower than the observation group,with statistically significant(P<0.05);The BMI,the self-management ability and SF-36 score 1 month after discharge in the observation group were increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-dimensional health management model can significantly reduce the levels of blood lipid,blood glucose and inflammation in patients with hyperlipidemia acute pancreatitis,improve the nutritional status,the self-management ability and quality of life of patients.
