摘 要:针对创异型单管循环散热器具有供、回水管间距小,且支管内设L型挡板的结构特点,通过实验测定其散热量,并验证数值模拟的准确性和可靠性。在此基础上研究支管内L型挡板位置与换热性能关系,结果表明:支管内L型挡板长度不变(l=355 mm),其位置沿x轴正向移动,散热器的出口温度降低,散热量升高,且支管右端尽头(以支管供水侧为主视角)换热不充分段缩短。其中L型挡板沿x轴正向移动20 mm出口温度降低1.7%,散热量提高3.8%。该研究可为内设挡板的单管循环类型散热器设计提供参考。Aiming at the structural characteristics of the innovative single-pipe circulating radiator,including small distance between supply and return pipes and the L-shaped baffle installed in the branch pipes,this study investigated the heat dissipation of the radiator and verified the accuracy and reliability of numerical simulation.On this basis,the relationship between the L-shaped baffle position in the branch pipe and the heat transfer performance was studied.The results show that when the length of the L-shaped baffle in the branch pipe remains unchanged(l=355 mm)and its position moves forward along the x-axis,the outlet temperature of the radiator decreases,the heat dissipation increases,and the insufficient heat transfer section at the right end of the branch pipe(from the perspective of the water supply side of the branch pipe)is shortened.When the L-shaped baffle moves forward along the x-axis for 20 mm,the outlet temperature of it is reduced by 1.7%and the heat dissipation is increased by 3.8%.This study can provide reference for the design of single-pipe circulating radiator with baffle.
