摘  要:为研究刚性楼板假定对框架剪力墙结构抗震计算结果的影响,本文采用midas gen软件对某高层商用公寓楼进行抗震分析,分别采用刚性楼板假定和弹性楼板假定模型。计算结果表明,在小震弹性工况下,两种假定下计算结果差异不大,但在罕遇地震下,刚性假定分析结果偏向于不安全,高估结构在弹塑性阶段的抗侧刚度,应慎用刚性楼板假定。In order to study the impact of rigid floor assumption on the seismic calculation results of frame shear wall structures,this paper uses Midas Gen software to conduct seismic analysis of a high-rise commercial apartment building,which uses rigid floor assumption model and elastic floor assumption model respectively.The calculation results indicate that under small earthquake elastic conditions,there is little difference in the calculation results between the two assumptions.However,in rare earthquakes,the rigid assumption analysis results tend to be unsafe,which overestimates the lateral stiffness of the structure in the elastic-plastic stage,and the rigid floor assumption should be used with caution.
