大都市圈廊道独立节点新城综合交通规划思考——以上海青浦新城为例  

Comprehensive Transportation Planning of Independent Node and New City on the Corridor of Metropolitan Area:Taking Qingpu New City as an Example

摘　　要：随着交通强国、区域协调发展等一系列国家、区域重大战略实施推进,以及国土空间规划、单元规划等加速空间体系重构,城市综合交通规划编制面临新战略转变及新要求。该文以位于上海大都市圈沪湖廊道发展轴上的青浦新城为例,在上海大都市圈协同发展及新城发力背景下,分析大都市圈廊道独立节点新城的交通特征和面临挑战,提出“枢纽引领、廊道完善、绿色品质、精细管理”四大规划策略及要点,并在此基础上形成青浦新城综合交通规划实践方案,为各城市群、大都市圈类似区位的新城综合交通规划提供参考。With the implementation and promotion of a series of major national and regional strategies such as A country with strong transportation network and regional coordinated development,and acceleration of the restructuring of spatial systems pushed by territorial spatial planning and unit planning,the urban comprehensive transportation planning faces new requirements and strategic changes.This article takes Qingpu New City which located on Shanghai-Huzhou corridor in Shanghai Metropolitan Area as an example,under the background of coordinated development of Shanghai Metropolitan Area and new city development,analyzes the traffic characteristics and challenges of independent node and new cities on the development corridor of the metropolitan area,proposes four planning strategies and key points of"hub guidance,corridor improvement,green quality,and smart management",and forms a comprehensive transportation planning practice plan for Qingpu New City,which can provide reference for comprehensive transportation planning of new cities with similar locations in urban agglomerations and metropolitan areas.
