摘　　要：吞食大量金属异物后因多器官功能障碍导致衰竭死亡案例罕见。该文从死亡原因鉴定的视角,通过尸体检验、法医组织病理学检验及文献查阅的方法进行分析讨论,为广大法医提供参考。Death due to multiple organ dysfunction and failure after swallowing large amounts of metallic foreign bodies is rare.From the perspective of the identification of the cause of death,this paper provides analysis and discussion through postmortem examination,forensic histopathology examination and literature review to provide reference for forensic experts.
