山东省科技金融效率影响因素及区域差异研究

摘　　要：文章基于DEA模型对2015—2020年山东省16个城市的科技金融效率进行测度,同时构建Tobit模型探究科技金融效率的影响因素,并运用Dagum基尼系数法探寻了胶东、省会、鲁南三大经济圈的科技金融效率区域差异及其来源。实证结果表明,在5%的显著性水平下,政府财政科技资金支持程度、产业升级程度对科技金融效率均具有显著正向影响,政府干预程度会降低智力资本投入对科技金融效率的影响;近年来山东省科技金融效率区域差异大体呈下降态势,区域差异主要来源于区域间差异。研究结果有助于进一步发挥山东省科技金融效能,进而促进产业结构升级和区域协调发展。Based on the DEA model,this paper measures the efficiency of technology finance in 16 cities in Shandong province from 2015 to 2020,and constructs the Tobit model to explore the factors affecting the efficiency of technology finance,and uses the Dagum Gini coefficient coefficient method to explore the regional differences and sources of technology finance efficiency in the three economic circles of Jiaodong,the provincial capital,and southern Shandong.The empirical results indicate that at a significant level of 5%,the degree of government financial support for technology,as well as the degree of industrial upgrading,have significance positive impacts on the efficiency of technology finance.The degree of government intervention will reduce the impact of intellectual capital investment on the efficiency of technology finance;in recent years,the regional differences in the efficiency of technology finance in Shandong province have generally shown a downward trend,with regional differences mainly coming from inter regional differences.The research results contribute to further leveraging the efficiency of technology finance in Shandong province,thereby promoting industrial structure upgrading and regional coordinated development.
