摘  要:本研究采用微波烧结技术制备了不同Ni_(3)_Al含量的硼掺杂WC-Ni_(3)_Al硬质合金材料,研究了烧结工艺和Ni_(3)_Al含量对力学性能和微观组织的影响。研究表明,使用微波烧结可以在较短的时间内制备出性能优异的WC-Ni_(3)_Al-B合金。随烧结温度升高,合金的相对密度和弯曲强度先升后降。Ni_(3)_Al含量的增加可以降低合金的烧结温度,随Ni_(3)_Al含量增加其弯曲强度和断裂韧性升高,硬度下降。当Ni_(3)_Al含量为10%、在1450℃、烧结15min时,合金具有较高的综合力学性能。Microwave sintering technology was used to prepare boron-doped WC-Ni_(3)_Al cemented carbides with different Ni_(3)_Al contents,and the effects of sintering parameters and Ni_(3)_Al content on the performance characteristics were studied.Because the activation mechanism of microwave sintering promotes the sintering process,WC-Ni_(3)_Al-B cemented carbide can be prepared in a short time by microwave sintering.With the increase of sintering temperature,the relative density and flexural strength of WC-Ni_(3)_Al-B cemented carbide tend to increase first and then decrease.The effect of increasing Ni_(3)_Al content on WC-Ni_(3)_Al cemented carbide is reflected in reducing its sintering temperature and hardness,while gradually increasing strength and fracture toughness.When the Ni_(3)_Al content is 10%,the sintering temperature is 1450℃,and the holding time is 15 minutes,the WC-Ni_(3)_Al-B cemented carbide has the best comprehensive mechanical properties.
