摘  要:以亚麻油酸和FEVE氟碳树脂为主要原料、聚丙二醇(PPG)作为增韧链段、邻苯二甲酸酐和偏苯三酸酐作为刚性链段、三羟甲基丙烷和季戊四醇作为交联剂、己二酸作为亲水剂、乙二胺作为中和剂,通过酯化反应和自乳化法制备了一种单组分自交联水性FEVE氟碳树脂分散体。重点探讨了反应时间、FEVE氟碳树脂用量,偏苯三酸酐用量对分散体及涂膜性能的影响。结果表明,当反应时间为4h,FEVE氟碳树脂用量12%,偏苯三酸酐用量5%,涂膜表干燥时间达到40h,耐水性为72h、耐酸性为24h、耐盐水性为72h。此外,涂膜也具有较好的光泽度。An aqueous FEVE fluorocarbon dispersion of one-component and self-crosslinking was prepared by esterification and self-emulsification using linoleic acid and FEVE fluorocarbon resin as main raw materials,polypropylene glycol(PPG)as the toughened segment,phthalic anhydride and trimellitic anhydride as rigid segments,trimethylolpropane and pentaerythrityl as crosslinkers,adipic acids as hydrophilic agents,and ethylenediamine as neutralizers.The effects of reaction time,dosage of FEVE fluorocarbon resin and trimellitic anhydride on the dispersion and coating properties were discussed.The results show that when the reaction time is 4 h,the amount of FEVE fluorocarbon resin is 12%,the amount of phthalic anhydride is 5%,the drying time of the coating surface reaches 40 h,the water resistance is 72 h,the acid resistance is 24 h,and the salt water resistance is 72 h.In addition,the film also has good gloss.
