摘 要:通过十二烷基苯磺酸钠表面改性,结合高锰酸钾与氯化铁之间的氧化还原反应,实现Mn-FeO_(x)活性组分于聚苯硫醚(PPS)滤料表面的原位负载,制备了Mn-FeO_(x)/PPS复合滤料。研究了Mn-FeO_(x)/PPS复合滤料的低温脱硝活性,并通过多种测试方法分析了复合滤料微观结构及性能。研究表明,80~180℃之间Mn-FeO_(x)/PPS的脱硝率达到17.9%~99.2%,其中最佳1.0Mn-FeO_(x)/PPS复合滤料在该温度范围下的脱硝率达到35.7%~99.2%。这归因于活性组分主要以无定形或纳米晶存在负载于PPS滤料表面,且为高价态的MnO_(2)和Fe_(2)O_(3)氧化物。同时,1.0Mn-FeO_(x)/PPS复合滤料在6h的稳定性测试(180℃)和循环性测试(反复升降温)中,脱硝活性均在99.2%左右,表面复合滤料具有良好的工业应用前景。Combining the redox reaction between KMnO4 and FeCl_(3),Mn-FeO_(x)active components were in-situ decorated on the surface of PPS,and the Mn-FeO_(x)/PPS composite filter materials were prepared successfully.The low temperature denitration activity of the Mn-FeO_(x)/PPS composite filter materials was studied,and the micro-structure and properties of the composites were researched.The results indicated that the composites of Mn-FeO_(x)/PPS showed 17.9%-99.2%NO conversion at 80-180℃.The denitration activity of the optimal 1.0 Mn-FeO_(x)/PPS could reach 35.7%-99.2%at 80-180℃,which was due to the formation of amorphous or nanocrystals on the surface of Mn-FeO_(x)/PPS composite,as well as the generation of the high valence states of MnO_(2) and Fe_(2)O_(3).In the long period stability test(6 h,at 180℃)and repeated heating test,1.0 Mn-FeO_(x)/PPS was possessed of excellent long term and cyclic stability performances.
