摘  要:为深入了解和利用新育成的花生品种,以94个花生新品种为试验材料,对8个主要农艺性状进行变异系数、遗传多样性、相关性、灰色关联度和聚类等分析。结果表明,94个花生品种的8个农艺性状变异较大、遗传多样性丰富,其中变异范围在12.05%~37.96%,遗传多样性指数范围在1.86~2.07。大部分性状之间互相影响、相互制约,主茎高与侧枝长极显著正相关,与出仁率极显著负相关,侧枝长与出仁率极显著负相关,总分枝数与结果枝数、单株结果数极显著正相关,结果枝与单株结果数极显著正相关,百果质量与百仁质量极显著正相关;产量与百果质量、百仁质量极显著正相关。8个性状与花生产量灰色关联度(GRA值)从大到小依次是百果质量、百仁质量、出仁率、侧枝长、主茎高、单株结果数、总分枝数、结果枝数。系统聚类分析将94个品种分为三个类群,不同类群间百果质量、百仁质量差别较大。In order to understand and utilize the newly bred peanut cultivars,94new peanut cultivars were used as experimental materials to analyze the coefficient of variation,genetic diversity,correlation,grey correlation and clustering of eight major agronomic traits.The results showed that eight agronomic traits of 94peanut cultivars had large variation and rich genetic diversity,among which the variation ranged from 12.05%to 37.96%and the genetic diversity index ranged from 1.86to 2.07.Most traits influenced and restricted each other,the main stem height were significantly positively correlated with the lateral branch length and negatively correlated with the kernel rate,the lateral branch length was significantly negatively correlated with the kernel rate,the total number of branches was significantly positively correlated with the number of fruiting branches and the number of fruits per plant,the fruiting branches were significantly positively correlated with the number of fruiting branches and the number of fruits per plant,and the fruit mass was significantly positively correlated with the 100-kernel mass.The yield was significantly positively correlated with the 100-fruit mass and 100-kernel mass.The grey correlation degree(GRA value)between the eight traits and yield are ranked in order as 100-fruit mass,100-kernel mass,kernel rate,lateral branch length,main stem height,fruit number per plant,total number of branches,and number of fruiting branches.Systematic cluster analysis divided 94cultivars into three groups,and there were great differences in 100-fruit mass and 100-kernel mass among different groups.
