摘 要:“三全育人”要求以全员、全程、全方位育人建构思想政治教育新格局,为新时代培养德才兼备的高层次人才指明了方向。探析“三全育人”内涵,分析现阶段研究生思政教育存在的问题,明确以全员育人推进研究生思政教育主体交互转换、以全程育人带动研究生思政教育链式发展、以全方位育人打造立体系统化研究生大思政体系等路径,助力高校思想政治教育高质量发展。The“Three Complete Education”requires the construction of a new pattern of ideological and political education based on the education of all personnel,the whole process and all directions,which points out the path and provides strategies for cultivating high-level talents with both ability and morality in the new era.The ideological and political education of postgraduates should,on the basis of analyzing the fundamental connotation of“Three Complete Education”,deeply analyze the specific problems of the ideological and political education of postgraduates at the current stage,and make it clear that the interactive transformation of the subject of the ideological and political education of postgraduates is promoted by the full staff education,the chain development of the ideological and political education of postgraduates is driven by the full process education,and the three-dimensional and systematic ideological and political system of postgraduates is built by the all-round education.
