摘 要:为探究腐殖酸肥对人工羊草(Leymus chinensis)地产草量和品质的影响,本研究以中科2号羊草为材料,设置6个腐殖酸处理水平,测定羊草不同生育期(拔节期、抽穗期、盛花期和成熟期)干草产量、分蘖数、株高、叶长、叶宽、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维、无氮浸出物和粗灰分含量。结果表明:施用腐殖酸肥显著提高羊草干草产量、植株生长性状、粗蛋白含量、粗脂肪和粗灰分含量,并显著降低无氮浸出物含量。腐殖酸施用量为300 kg/hm^(2)时,盛花期和成熟期羊草粗蛋白、粗粗脂肪、无氮浸出物和粗灰分含量均较高,盛花期和成熟期羊草干草产量分别为8650 kg/hm^(2)和8966 kg/hm^(2),每千克腐殖酸分别增产7.0 kg和7.8 kg干草,腐殖酸用量超过300 kg/hm^(2)后盛花期和成熟期羊草干草产量和品质提高不明显,且羊草增产效率较低。以收获干草为目的,在盛花期或成熟期刈割时,腐殖酸施用量以300 kg/hm^(2)为宜。In order to investigate the effects of humic acid fertilizer on yield and quality of artificial Leymus chinensis grassland,Leymus chinensis‘Zhongke No.2’was taken as material and 6 humic acid treatment levels were set.Hay yield,tiller number,plant height,leaf length,leaf width,crude protein,crude fat,crude fiber,nitrogen free extract and crude ash contents of Leymus chinensis were determined at different growth stages(knot stage,heading stage,blooming stage and maturity stage).The results showed that the application of humic acid fertilizer significantly increased hay yield,plant growth traits,crude protein content,crude fat content and crude ash content of Leymus chinensis,and significantly decreased the nitrogen free extract content.When the humic acid application amount was 300 kg/hm^(2),the contents of crude protein,crude fat,nitrogen free extract and crude ash of Leymus chinensis were higher at full flowering stage and mature stage,and the hay yield was 8650 kg/hm^(2)and 8966 kg/hm^(2)at full flowering stage and mature stage,respectively.Every kilogram of humic acid increased hay yield by 7.0 kg and 7.8 kg,respectively.When the humic acid dosage exceeded 300 kg/hm^(2),the hay yield and quality of Leymus chinensis were not significantly improved at flowering stage and mature stage,and the efficiency of increasing hay yield was low.For the purpose of harvesting hay,300 kg/hm^(2)of humic acid should be applied when cutting at flowering stage or mature stage.
