摘　　要：为降低成本、提高建造效率,基于某自升式钻井平台,对设计及施工过程中遇到的技术难点进行分析,并对建造过程中自主研发应用的多项建造新技术进行介绍。研究表明:建造新技术可有效提高建造效率、降低建造成本。研究成果可为自升式钻井平台的设计建造提供一定参考。In order to reduce costs and improve construction efficiency,based on a jack-up rig,the technical difficulties encountered in the design and construction process are analyzed,and several new construction technologies independently developed and applied during the construction process are introduced.Research shows that new construction technologies can effectively improve construction efficiency and reduce construction costs.The research results can provide some references for the design and construction of jack-up rigs.
