摘  要:为减少磨损、便于长轴系的安装,基于某120000kN抬浮力半潜式打捞船,对其设计情况进行介绍,并对安装工艺的难点和重点进行分析。在此基础上,对轴托工艺进行设计,并进行有限元分析,以保证轴系的正确安装。研究表明:该工艺可有效减小轴系挠度,便于轴系安装。研究成果可为船舶轴系安装工艺提供一定参考。In order to reduce wear and facilitate the installation of long shafting,the design of a 120000 kN buoyant semi-submersible salvage ship is introduced,and the difficulties and key points of the installation process are analyzed.On this basis,the shaft support process is designed and finite element analysis is conducted to ensure the correct installation of the shafting.Research shows that this technology can effectively reduce deflection and facilitate installation.The research results can provide some references for the installation process of ship shafting.
