摘  要:为保证舵叶、舵杆的各项性能达到预期效果,基于某型集装箱船,对舵叶所受舵力进行计算,并对其在舵力作用下的受力情况进行分析。根据相关规范要求,对舵叶与舵杆结构的间隙进行校核,并计算舵杆在温度影响下的位移情况。研究表明:应力最大值出现在舵叶与舵杆配合处,温度对舵杆的位移有较大影响。研究成果可为舵叶与舵杆的设计提供一定参考。In order to ensure that the various properties of the rudder blade and rudder stock achieve the desired effect,based on a container ship,the rudder force acting on the rudder blade is calculated,and its stress situation under the action of the rudder force is analyzed.According to relevant specifications,the clearance between the rudder blade and the rudder stock structure is checked,and the displacement of the rudder stock under the influence of temperature is calculated.The research shows that the maximum stress occurs at the joint between the rudder blade and the rudder stock,and temperature has a significant impact on the displacement of the rudder stock.The research results can provide some references for the design of rudder blades and rudder stock.
