摘  要:本文首次尝试采用X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)对《生活饮用水卫生标准(GB5749-2006)》中的As、Cd、Cr、Pb、Hg、Se等6种常规毒理指标元素,Sb、Ba、Be、B、Mo、Ni、Ag、Tl等8种非常规指标元素以及Cu、F、Br进行了定性检测和赋存状况分析.研究发现:Ag、B、Ba、Be、Br、Cr、Ni、Pb等8种元素在悬浮物(SS)、总溶解固体(TDS)和水垢(Scale)中基本不存在;Tl、Cd、Se存在于SS中;As、Hg、Mo、Sb、F在SS、TDS和Scale中均存在;Cu仅存在于Scale中.在该水样中,Cd、Se和Tl可被0.2μm的滤膜全部截留;As、Hg、Mo、Sb、F可被0.2μm的滤膜截留一部分,存在于TDS中的这五种元素可富集在水垢中.研究结果表明:该方法能全面把握指标微量元素在水中的赋存情况,对水样定量分析和水质净化具有参考价值.In this paper,X⁃ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)has been attempted to determine occur⁃rence state of trace element including As,Cd,Cr,Sb,Pb,Hg,Se,Hg,Se,Sb,Ba,Be,B,Mo,Ni,Ag,Tl,Cu,F and Br.The content of the above elements all were strictly limited in the hygienic standard of drinking wa⁃ter(GB5749⁃2006).The results showed that Ag,B,Ba,Be,Br,Cr,Ni and Pb were not found in SS,total dis⁃solved solids and scale.Tl,Cd,Se were present in SS.As,Hg,Mo,Sb and F were found in SS,TDS and scale,while Cu was found only in scale.Moreover,it was found that Se and Tl in the water sample could be completely filtered out by 0.2μm filter membrane,while As,Hg,Mo,Sb and F could be partially filtered out by 0.2μm fil⁃ter membrane.The five elements existing in TDS could be enriched in scale.In conclusion,XPS can be used to understand the occurrence of traceelement in drinking water,and the results provide a technical reference for mo⁃nitoring water quality index in water purification process.
