福州市土地利用结构与社会经济发展耦合协调分析

摘　　要：运用信息熵和SSM模型分析2010-2018年福州市土地利用结构时空格局差异,结合耦合协调度模型分析福州市土地利用程度和社会经济发展的协调关系,旨在为土地资源合理利用和经济高质量发展提供科学依据.结果表明:(1)福州市土地利用结构信息熵表明研究期内土地利用结构逐渐由有序向无序方向演化;(2)“三大片区”不同地类竞争力具有明显的空间差异,分别为主城区呈低值区状态,近郊区呈现中高值区—高值区状态,远郊区呈中值区—低值区状态;(3)研究期内土地利用结构和社会经济发展之间的耦合作用强度整体呈现波动增长再稍有回落的趋势;土地利用和社会经济发展协调度经历了中度失调—轻度失调—濒临失调—勉强协调的转变;(4)土地利用和社会经济发展协调状况经历了社会经济发展滞后于土地利用程度、土地利用程度滞后于社会经济发展阶段,总体往协调方向发展.Use information entropy and SSM model to analyze the difference in land use structure of Fuzhou from 2010 to 2018,and analyze the coordinated relationship between land use degree and socio⁃economic devel⁃opment in Fuzhou City with the coupling coordination degree model,aiming to provide reasonable utilization of land resources and high economic quality Provide scientific basis for development.The results show that:(1)The information entropy of land use structure in Fuzhou City shows that the land use structure has gradually e⁃volved from order to disorder from 2010 to 2018;(2)There are obvious spatial differences in the competitiveness of different types of land in the“three major areas”.The main urban areas are low⁃value areas,the suburban ar⁃eas are medium⁃high⁃value areas⁃high⁃value areas,and the outer suburbs are medium⁃value areas⁃low⁃value are⁃as;(3)From the perspective of changes in coupling degree,the intensity of coupling between land use structure and socio⁃economic development in Fuzhou from 2010 to 2018 showed a trend of fluctuating growth and then a slight decline;the coordination of land use and socio⁃economic development In terms of degree,the increase from 0.2490 to 0.5090 has experienced a transition from moderate to mild disorder to marginal disorder to bare⁃ly coordination,showing a trend of improvement year by year;(4)The evaluation value of land use and the e⁃valuation value of social and economic development have experienced the stage of social and economic develop⁃ment lagging behind the degree of land use,and the degree of land utilization lagging behind the stage of social and economic development,and generally develop in a coordinated direction.
