摘　　要：智慧公共文化服务体系的建设和发展,加速了高校图书馆公共文化服务的智慧化进程。图书馆智慧服务与公共文化服务在技术应用、以人为本、数据治理、平台建设和可持续发展等方面具有高度关联性。在智慧公共文化服务体系建设大背景下,高校图书馆实现公共文化服务职能,推进智慧服务共享需要加强技术与服务的深度融合,破除壁垒;以人为本,实现供给侧结构性调整;加强数据治理,提升智慧服务共享效能;推进平台建设,实现智慧服务交互式发展;遵循可持续发展,实现智慧服务共享机制有机生长。The construction and development of smart public cultural service system has accelerated the intelligent process of public cultural services in university libraries.University Library smart service and smart public cultural service are highly related in technology application,people oriented,data governance,platform construction and sustainable development.In the context of the construction of smart public cultural service system,university libraries promote smart service sharing and realize the function of public cultural service need to strengthen the deep integration of technologies and services and break the barriers of time and space,implement people oriented and the structural adjustment on the supply side as a fundamental objective,promote data governance and improve smart service efficiency,promote platform construction and realize interactive development of smart services,follow sustainable development and realize the organic growth of smart service sharing mechanism.
