基于芳香理论的中药封包疗法对IVF患者取卵术后并发症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨基于芳香理论的中药封包疗法对IVF患者取卵术后并发症的疗效观察。方法 选取2021年9月至2022年12月于本院行试管婴儿助孕取卵的患者共80例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。观察组取卵术后即用羟乙基淀粉注射液500 ml补液扩容,同时结合芳香类中药予以封包疗法,对照组取卵术后即用羟乙基淀粉注射液补液扩容。观察两组各种症状如腹痛、腹胀、恶心、呕吐等缓解程度及临床疗效评分。结果 观察组临床治疗总有效率为90.0%,高于对照组的65.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组中医证候评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者中医证候评分显著低于治疗前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于芳香理论的中药封包疗法可明显改善IVF患者取卵术后的不适症状评分,进而减少取卵术后并发症的发生。Objectives To investigate the therapeutic effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine encapsulation therapy based on aroma theory on complications after oocyte retrieval in IVF patients.Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent IVF assisted pregnancy and oocyte retrieval in our hospital from September 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.After oocyte retrieval,the observation group was treated with 500 ml of hydroxyethyl starch injection combined witharomatic Traditional Chinese Medicineencapsulation therapy,while the control group was treated with hydroxyethyl starch injection for expansion.The relief degree of various symptoms such as abdominal pain,abdominal distension,nausea and vomiting,and the clinical efficacy score of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 90.0%,which is significantly higher than the 65.0%in control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Traditional Chinese Medicine encapsulation therapy based on aromatic theory can significantly improve the discomfort symptom scores of IVF patients after oocyte retrieval,and thus reduce the incidence of complications after oocyte retrieval.
