摘　　要：中医药对溃疡性结肠炎(Ulcerativecolitis,UC)的治疗近年来呈上升趋势,对比西医的对症治疗,中医药对UC的治疗具有明显优势。中医可从病机病因、证型、治法等来确立UC的治疗,通过分析UC的常见核心证型与治法,确立其病机演化,从本质上来讨论UC的证型与治法,并为中医药治疗UC的证型与治法研究提供重要的理论依据。The treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC)by Traditional Chinese Medicine has been on the rise in recent years.Comparedwith the symptomatic treatment of Western medicine,Traditional Chinese Medicine has obvious advantagesinthe treatment of UC.Traditional Chinese medicine can establish the treatment of UC from the pathogenesis,etiology,syndrome types,and treatment method,etc.By analyzing the common core syndrome types and treatment methods of UC,the evolution of its pathogenesis is established,and the syndrome types and treatment methods of UC are discussed in essence.This paper providesan important theoretical basis for the study of syndrome types and treatment methods of UC by Traditional Chinese Medicine.
