摘 要:为了保障邢东矿11313充填工作面停采撤架的安全进行,在分析充填工作面自然发火因素的基础上,针对性提出撤架前、撤架中和撤架后的防灭火技术措施,综合利用减少漏风、喷洒阻化剂、降低通风量和及时充填防止遗煤氧化自燃。现场应用表明,使用该技术后,整个撤架期间回风流CO浓度最高为36×10^(-6),工作面温度最高为35℃,回风流CO浓度和工作面温度都控制在安全范围内,有效抑制了遗煤的氧化自燃,保障了撤架工作的安全顺利完成,该技术可为相似工况的防灭火提供借鉴。In order to ensure the safety of stopping mining and removing support in 11313 filling working face of Xingdong Mine,based on the analysis of spontaneous combustion factors in filling working face,the fire prevention and extinguishing technical measures of'before removing support,during removing support and after removing support'were put forward,and the air leakage reduction,spraying inhibitor,reducing ventilation and timely filling were comprehensively used to prevent the oxidation and spontaneous combustion of residual coal.The field application shows that after using this technology,the CO concentration of the return air flow during the whole withdrawal period is up to 36×10^(-6),the temperature of the working face is up to 35℃,the CO concentration of the return air flow and the temperature of the working face are controlled within a safe range,which effectively suppresses the oxidation and spontaneous combustion of the residual coal and ensures the safe and smooth completion of the withdrawal work.This technology can provide reference for fire prevention and extinguishing under similar working conditions.
