摘 要:为了能够快速检测出黄瓜和洋白菜中的多菌灵残留,基于性能良好的上转换纳米材料NaYF4:Yb,Er@SiO2@NH2,构建上转换-磁分离免疫荧光法并对样品前处理过程进行优化,建立了对2种蔬菜中多菌灵的快速高效检测方法.选取市售黄瓜和洋白菜作为检测样品,经过乙腈提取、盐析、净化、PBS稀释等处理基本消除基质影响,采用上转换-磁分离免疫荧光法对样品中的多菌灵残留进行检测,并与HPLC法进行比对.结果表明:在最佳工作条件下,上转换-磁分离免疫荧光法中,黄瓜和洋白菜样品的前处理时间分别为10 min和8 min,回收率分别为83.2%~86.8%和86.3%~89.4%,检出限均为0.5μg/kg.上转换-磁分离免疫荧光法对黄瓜和洋白菜的检测结果与HPLC检测结果一致,表明该方法准确性良好,可以实现蔬菜中多菌灵残留的快速灵敏检测.To detect carbendazim residues rapidly in cucumber and cabbage,based on the excellent up-conversion nanomate-rial NaYF4:Yb,Er@SiO2@NH2,up-conversion magnetic seperation immunofluorescene method was constructed,and the sam-ple pretreatment process was optimized to establish a rapid and efficient detection method for carbendazim.Cucumber and cab-bage for sale were selected as test samples,and the substrate effects were basically eliminated after acetonitrile extraction,salt-ing out,purification,PBS dilution and other treatments.This method was used to detect carbendazim residues in cucumber and cabbage samples and compared with HPLC.The results showed that under the best working conditions,the pretreatment time of cucumber and cabbage samples was 10 min and 8 min respectively,and the recovery rates were 83.2%-86.8%and 86.3%-89.4%respectively.The detection limit is 0.5μg/kg.The detection results of up-conversion magnetic separation immunofluo-rescence method for cucumber and cabbage are consistent with those of HPLC,which shows that this method has good accuracy and can realize the rapid detection of carbendazim residues in vegetables.
