中国孟高棉语族未识别民族头面部特征的年龄变化

摘　　要：为探究中国孟高棉语族未识别民族的头面部特征,在云南省调查了412例(男性220例,女性192例)孟高棉语族未识别民族成人的18项头面部指标,并计算12项头面部指数,分析其随年龄的变化情况.结果如下:(1)孟高棉语族未识别民族男性和女性各年龄组均为圆头型、高头型、中头型;男性和女性20-岁组和30-岁组均为狭鼻型,40-岁组和50-岁组均为中鼻型;男性20-岁组为阔面型,其他年龄组均为中面型,女性50-岁组为狭面型,其他年龄组均为中面型.(2)孟高棉语族未识别民族男性和女性的头宽、眼外角间宽、唇高、头水平围、头长宽指数、口指数和容貌耳指数与年龄呈负相关,容貌面高、上唇皮肤部高度、容貌耳长、容貌面指数和形态面指数与年龄呈正相关.(3)孟高棉语族未识别民族头面部的骨性指标与年龄的相关性较小,而上唇皮肤部高度、容貌耳长等非骨性指标与年龄的相关性较大,随年龄增长呈一定的规律性变化.头面部特征的年龄变化受人体内部组织变化规律的影响,主要由头面部皮下脂肪和弹力纤维等的生理性变化引起.In order to study the head and facial features of Mon-Khmer unidentified ethnic groups in China,18 head and facial indicators of 412 adults(220 males,192 females)of Mon-Khmer unidentified ethnic groups were investigated in Yunnan Pro-vince,and 12 head-face indices were calculated,and their changes with age were analyzed.The results were as follows:①The males and females in all age groups of Mon-Khmer unidentified ethnic groups were brachycephaly,hypsicephalic and metrio-cephalic.The 20-year-old and 30-year-old groups of males and females were leptorrhiny,and the 40-year-old and 50-year-old groups were mesorrhiny.The 20-year-old group of males was euryprosopy,and the other age groups were mesoprosopy.The 50-year-old group of females was leptoprosopy,and the other age groups were mesoprosopy.②The head breadth,external binocular breadth,lips height,horizontal head circumference,length-breadth index of head,oral index and physiognomic index of ear were negatively correlated with age.The physiognomic facial height,upper lip height,physiognomic ear length,physiognomic facial index and morphological facial index were positively correlated with age.③The bone indices of head and face of Mon-Khmer unidentified ethnic groups had little correlation with age,while non-bone indices such as upper lip height and physiognomic ear length had a greater correlation with age and changed regularly with age.The age changes of head and face features were affected by the changes of internal body tissues,mainly caused by physiological changes such as subcuta-neous fat and elastic fibers.
