乡村振兴背景下古旧建筑的保护困境与活态传承探索——以大理市银桥镇为例

摘　　要：古旧建筑体现着乡村的文化内涵,是在乡村振兴中“留得住乡愁”的重要载体。在粗放式现代化推动的城镇化进程中,古旧建筑保护面临保护意识缺乏、保护资金匮乏、保护规划缺位等困境。银桥镇在乡村振兴的实践中,秉持“文化为魂、生态为本”的理念,多措并举探索“活态”传承利用古旧建筑,为镇域经济社会发展和生态文明建设厚植了民族文化底蕴。通过普查底数、挖掘内涵、规划引领、项目推进等措施,探索出“政府引导、群众参与、活态利用、协同改革”的成功经验,助力了银桥镇内涵式高质量发展。Old buildings reflect the cultural connotations of the countryside and they are an important carrier of“remaining nostalgia”in the rural revitalization.In the process of urbanization driven by extensive modernization,the protection of old buildings is facing such problems as lack of protection awareness,lack of protection funds,and lack of protection planning.In the practice of rural revitalization,Yinqiao Town adheres to the concept of“culture as the soul and ecology as the foundation,”and takes multiple measures to explore the“living”inheritance and utilization of old buildings,which has greatly strengthened the important role of the national cultural heritage in the economic and social development and ecological civilization construction of the town.Through investigating and counting the numbers of local old buildings,exploring their hidden cultural connotations,planning as the guidance and project promotion,Yiqiao has concluded its successful experience of“government guidance,mass participation,active utilization and collaborative reform,”thus promoting the town’s connotative and high-quality development.
