河北省人口与经济发展时空演变及区域差异研究

摘　　要：人口分布与经济发展之间的关系长期以来备受瞩目。通过构建经济—人口集聚度模型,定量分析与评价了河北省分县尺度的人口分布与经济发展的一致性程度。研究发现:河北分县人口集聚与经济集聚表现出明显的弱协调性,人口集聚高于经济集聚的特征不断加强,侧面反映了河北县域经济的两极分化现象呈加重态势。采用基尼系数及其分产业部门分解的方法,进一步探讨河北省县域经济差异的产业效应成因。研究表明,河北省县域经济差异总体呈现逐年拉大的趋势。第二产业区域差异是影响河北县域经济总体差距的重要因素;随着县域经济产业结构升级,第三产业对河北县域经济总体差距的影响也将逐渐增大;第一产业对县域经济差异的影响非常有限,且贡献率逐年下降。因此,加快推进县域的工业化水平、逐步提高第三产业发展水平是实现河北省县域经济均衡协调发展、缩小地区差距的关键。The relationship between population distribution and economic development has attracted much attention for a long time.Through constructing the model of economy-population agglomeration,the paper quantitatively analysed and commented on the consistency degree between population distribution and economic development on county scale of Hebei.The results show that:at the county level,economy agglomeration and population agglomeration show week coordination in Hebei.Meanwhile,the characteristic that the degree of population agglomeration is higher than that of economy agglomeration is becoming more obvious.It reflects the polarization of county economy was aggravating in Hebei.Taking the model of Gini coefficient which can be decomposed according to industry factors,the paper further analysed the reasons of county economic disparities through industrial structural effect.Results show that county economic disparities are widening year by year and the second industry difference dominates the overall gap.With the upgrading of industrial structure of county economy,the third industry’s impact on the overall county economy gap is gradually increasing.The primary industry’s impact on the overall county economy gap is very limited,and the contribution rate was declining year by year.Therefore,the acceleration of the industrialization and the tertiary industry in counties are the key of realizing the coordinated development and reducing the regional disparities in Hebei province.
