摘  要:本文引入特殊链转移剂RAFT,以丙烯酰胺和N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为单体,聚合成超支化的支状中间体,再添加阳离子单体和丙烯酰胺对支化中间体进行改性和再聚合。采用不同阳离子单体和单体比例,合成6种同体系絮凝剂。通过红外光谱、氢谱表征其基团和分子结构,利用絮体粒径中值确定各絮凝剂的最佳投加量,并在最佳加投量下分析钻井液的处理效能,筛选出最优絮凝剂。结果表明,不带甲基的阳离子单体合成体系具有高聚合度、高效能等特点。其中P-DAC1絮凝剂最佳投加量为240mg·L^(-1),粒径可达到748.0μm以上,其含油量和悬浮物含量去除率分别达到92.7%和94.4%。通过废弃钻井液样处理前后的Zeta电位测试,发现树枝状阳离子絮凝剂的主要絮凝机理为电性中和作用。In this paper,a special chain transfer agent RAFT was introduced to polymerize acrylamide and N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide as monomers to form a hyperbranched branched intermediate.Then cationic monomer and acrylamide were added to modify and re-polymerize the branched intermediate.Six kinds of homologous flocculants were synthesized with different cationic monomers and monomer ratios.The group and molecular structure are characterized by infrared spectrum and hydrogen spectrum,and the optimum dosage of each flocculant is determined by the median of floc particle size,and the treatment efficiency of drilling fluid is analyzed under the optimum dosage,and the optimum flocculant is selected.The results show that the cationic monomer synthesis system without methyl group has the characteristics of high degree of polymerization and high efficiency.The optimum dosage of P-DAC1 flocculant is 240mg·L^(-1),the particle size can reach more than 748.0μm,and the removal rate of oil content and suspended solids content can reach 92.7%and 94.4%respectively.Through Zeta potential test of waste drilling fluid samples before and after treatment,it is found that the main flocculation mechanism of dendritic cationic flocculant is electrical neutralization.
