摘 要:本文针对渤海大位移井3大难点问题在现有钻井液的基础上对钻井液性能进行了优化,通过高效润滑剂的开发研究降低了摩阻,利用可视化携砂装置验证了大斜度井钻井液“低黏高切”的携岩方案,并进行了流变性能的优化,采用“活度抑制”的方案,合理控制钻井液体系抑制性。通过以上方法,提高了井壁稳定性。优化后的钻井液性能能更好的适用于大位移井的开发,保证作业安全。The performance of drilling fluid was optimized based on the existing drilling fluid of extended reach wells in Bohai for three difficult problems in this paper.The friction was reduced through the development and research of efficient lubricants.The rock carrying scheme of"low viscosity and high shear"of drilling fluid in highly deviated wells was verified by using the visual sand carrying device.The rheological property was optimized.The“activity inhibition”scheme was adopted to reasonably control the inhibition of drilling fluid system.Through the above methods,the wellbore stability was improved.The optimized drilling fluid performance could be better applied to the development of extended reach wells and ensure operation safety.
