摘  要:运用扫描电镜对木毒蛾成虫触角的外部形态及感器的分布和显微结构进行观察。结果表明,木毒蛾雌虫触角线状,雄虫触角羽状。雌、雄成虫触角感器类型相同,均有6种感器,分别为毛形感器(2种亚型)、锥形感器、腔锥形感器、刺形感器、耳形感器(2种亚型)和B9hm氏鬃毛。其中,毛形感器数量最多,耳形感器数量最少。毛形感器有直立和弯曲2种形态,其余5种感器均直立。刺形感器和B9hm氏鬃毛长度在雌、雄成虫之间存在显著差异,其余4种感器长度在雌、雄成虫之间无显著差异。The antennae of adult Lymantria xylina were observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)for its external morpholo-gy as well as the distribution and ultrastructure of sensilla.The results showed that the antennae of female moth were linear while that of male moth was feathery.There were 6 types of antennal sensilla for both male and female moth,including sensilla trichodea(2 subtypes),sensilla basiconca,sensilla coeloconica,sensilla chaetica,sensilla auricillica(2 subtypes)and Böhm's mane.Among them,the number of sensilla trichodea was the most,and that of sensilla auricillica was the least.All sensilla were upright except that sensilla trichodea were in both upright and curved forms.The lengths of sensilla basiconca and Böhm's mane were significantly different between the male and female moth,but that of the other 4 types have no significant difference.
