摘 要:以笋用毛竹林为研究对象,采用长周期母竹留养模式在福建省漳平市进行试验,以(2 250±100)株·hm^(-2)立竹密度毛竹林为对照组(CK),分别设置(1 365±100)、(1 950±100)、(2 550±100)和(3 150±100)株·hm^(-2)立竹密度毛竹林为A、B、C、D处理组,分析立竹密度对竹鞭数量结构特征、年龄结构特征、鞭芽特征和鞭根根系活力的影响。结果表明:随着立竹密度的增大,毛竹竹鞭的总鞭长、总鞭质量和鞭节数均呈先增大后减小的变化趋势;CK平均节间长最大,D处理最小;幼壮龄鞭受立竹密度的影响大于老龄鞭,C处理的幼壮龄鞭总鞭长、总鞭质量、鞭节数和平均节间长均最大,且与其他处理存在显著差异(P<0.05);D处理的老龄鞭总鞭长、总鞭质量、鞭节数和平均节间长均最大;总鞭芽数、弱芽数、壮芽数随立竹密度的增大呈先增多后减少的变化趋势;D处理的空节芽数最多,CK最少;毛竹鞭根系活力随立竹密度的增大呈先增大后减小的变化趋势。表明C处理最有利于毛竹竹鞭系统的生长繁殖。Taking bamboo forest for shoot as the research object,the experiment was carried out in Zhangping City,Fujian Province by using the long-period mother bamboo retention model.The density of(2250±100)plants·hm^(-2)was set as the control group(CK),and the densities of(1365±100),(1950±100),(2550±100)and(3150±100)plants·hm^(-2)were set as A,B,C and D treatment groups.The effects of bamboo density on the number structure characteristics,age structure characteris-tics,rhizome bud characteristics and root activity of rhizome were analyzed.The results showed that with the increase of bamboo den-sity,the total whip length,total whip weight and whip number of bamboo rhizome increased first and then decreased.The average internode length of CK group was the largest and that of D group was the smallest.The young rhizome was more affected by the densi-ty of bamboo than the old rhizome.The total rhizome length,total rhizome weight,number of rhizome nodes and average internode length of the young rhizome of C treatment were the largest,and there were significant differences among other treatments(P<0.05).The total rhizome length,total rhizome weight,number of rhizome nodes and average internode length of the old rhizome of D treatment were the largest.The total number of rhizome buds,weak buds and strong buds increased first and then decreased with the increase of bamboo density.The number of empty buds in D treatment was the largest and that in CK group was the smallest.The root activity of bamboo rhizome increased first and then decreased with the increase of bamboo density.It indicated that C treatment was more conducive to the growth and reproduction of bamboo rhizome system.
