摘 要:为提高膜对印染废水的染料/盐分离性能,以纤维素为原料制备新型乙酰乙酸纤维素酯(CAA)疏松纳滤膜,通过调整CAA含量,优化膜结构和性能,提高膜的染料/盐分离性能;通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振氢谱(^(1)H-NMR)、水接触角等表征方法对CAA膜结构和形貌进行分析;通过实验室自制纳滤膜测试设备对疏松纳滤膜的染料和盐渗透性能进行评估。结果表明:当CAA质量分数为10%时,疏松纳滤膜水通量为34 L/(m^(2)·h·bar)(1 bar=100 kPa),刚果红和橙Ⅱ的截留率分别为99.2%和90.4%,而对MgSO_(4)和Na_(2)SO_(4)截留率接近0,基本实现了染料/盐的分离。In order to improve the dye/salt separation performance of membrane on printing and dyeing wastewater,a novel loose nanofiltration membrane of cellulose acetoacetate(CAA)was prepared from cellulose.By adjusting the content of CAA,the membrane structure and properties were optimized to improve the dye/salt separation performance of membrane.The structure and morphology of CAA membrane were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance(^(1)H-NMR)and water contact angle.The dye and salt permeability of loose nanofiltration membrane was evaluated by laboratory self-made nanofiltration membrane testing equipment.The results showed that when CAA mass fraction was 10%,the water flux of porous nanofiltration membrane was 34 L/(m^(2)·h·bar)(1 bar=100 kPa),and the retention rates of Congo red and orangeⅡwere 99.2%and 90.4%respectively,while the retention rates of MgSO_(4) and Na_(2)SO_(4) were close to 0,basically achieved dye/salt sparation.
