摘  要:采用固体废弃物粉煤灰合成了不同类型的沸石,研究了沸石对亚甲基蓝染料的吸附效果及机制.通过调控硅铝比(Si∶Al),采用碱熔融水热法合成了具有立方体构型的A型沸石(ZA)、八面体构型的X型沸石(ZX)和Y型沸石(ZY).应用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、比表面积检测法和热重分析法等技术对粉煤灰和沸石的物相、微观形貌和结构等进行了表征,并系统研究了ZA、ZX和ZY沸石对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能.结果显示,ZA、ZX和ZY沸石对亚甲基蓝的吸附量可分别达到16.973 mg/g、41.309 mg/g和49.266 mg/g.利用吸附热力学模型和吸附动力学模型分析了ZA、ZX和ZY沸石对亚甲基蓝的吸附机理.这项研究对固体废弃物粉煤灰的资源化利用,以及将其合成具有良好吸附性能的沸石吸附剂提供了一定的指导意义.In this work,different types of zeolites were synthesized from solid waste fly ash,and the adsorption effect and mechanism of zeolite on methylene blue(MB)dye were further investigated.At different silicon-aluminum ratios(Si∶Al),cubic zeolite A(ZA),octahedral zeolite X(ZX)and octahedral zeolite Y(ZY)were synthesized by Alkali fusion hydrothermal method.The phases,morphologies and structures of fly ash and zeolites were characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,fourier transform infrared spectrometer,specific surface area measurement and thermogravimety,and the methylene blue adsorbability of ZA,ZX and ZY zeolites was systematically studied.The results show that ZA,ZX and ZY zeolites have the MB adsorbability of 16.973 mg/g,41.309 mg/g and 49.266 mg/g,respectively.The methylene blue adsorption mechanisms of ZA,ZX and ZY zeolites were analyzed by adsorption thermodynamic model and adsorption kinetic model.This work provides a reference for the utilization of solid waste fly ash resources and the synthesis of zeolite adsorbents with excellence adsorbability.
